Dave and Sare's Travel Adventures. before going back to Lavender Food Court for a really good laksa and pad thai, Dave's two favourite dishes and a great way to finish our journey. "Inspired by the pad thai at Thai Tom, this recipe features a tamarind paste, vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce mixture over perfectly stir-fried eggs, chicken breast, and rice noodles, garnished with peanuts. Pad Thai with no compromise, this is what the real stuff should be like! Well-balanced flavours and not overly sweet.

- It's 1 of English shallot, sliced,.
- Prepare 2 of eggs whisked (you can omit this to make it vegan),.
- You need 1 Tbsp of oil (we recommend peanut oil),.
- Prepare Handful of beansprouts,.
- You need 2-3 of garlic cloves, crushed,.
- Prepare of Tofu:.
- Prepare 4-6 tbsp of crushed peanuts,.
- Prepare 1 block of tofu drained, pressed and cut into 1 inch cubes,.
- It's 1 of lime, juiced.
- You need of Freshly cracked black pepper,.
- It's 1/3 cup of cornflour.
